ALKHAS: The Journal of Environment, Agriculture and Biological Sciences is one of the journals published by SRPH Press under the academic responsibility of its Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board. It is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access, scientific research journal published quarterly. The official language of the journal is English, with Persian abstracts.
 

Aims and Scope

ALKHAS provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, academics, and professionals to communicate recent advances in environmental sciences, agricultural sciences, biological sciences, and related areas. The journal welcomes original research articles, review articles, short communications, and editorials that contribute to the understanding, sustainable management, and protection of biological and environmental systems.

The journal particularly welcomes research in the following areas:

• Agricultural Sciences: crop production, agronomy, horticulture, soil science, agricultural biotechnology, plant protection, agricultural sustainability, and related agricultural studies.
• Biological Sciences: general biology, cell biology, molecular biology, developmental biology, genetics, microbiology, biotechnology, and related biosciences.
• Plant Sciences: plant biology, plant physiology, plant genetics, plant biotechnology, plant pathology, plant–environment interactions, and related areas.
• Environmental Sciences: environmental biology, environmental pollution, environmental monitoring, environmental management, conservation biology, biodiversity, climate-related environmental studies, and ecosystem studies.
• Food Science and Technology: food chemistry, food microbiology, food biotechnology, food processing and preservation, food safety, food quality and analysis, functional foods, bioactive compounds, food packaging, postharvest technology, and sustainable food production.

ALKHAS encourages interdisciplinary studies that connect agriculture, biology, ecology, environmental sciences, and biotechnology, particularly research addressing current challenges related to environmental sustainability, agricultural productivity, biodiversity conservation, pollution, and the interaction between biological systems and their environments.

The journal aims to provide a platform for the dissemination of scientifically rigorous and innovative research that advances knowledge and contributes to sustainable solutions in agriculture, biological sciences, and environmental protection.
